Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.9819 of 2018, arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No.748 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

According to the prosecution case, on search, from the house of the petitioner 440 Kgs. of Mahua flower, 10 liters country made liquor made of Mahua and 75 Kgs. of Gur was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and her husband are also made accused in this case. Petitioner is in jail since 15.10.2018. Petitioner being lady remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75678 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.9819 of 2018, arising out of Masaurhi P.S.
