Petitioner is accused in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
