JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Certificate Officer, Katihar to consider the objection of the petitioner and pass final orders and till such time, some protection may be granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, however with a direction to the Certificate Officer to consider the objection filed by the petitioner herein and finally dispose of the Certificate case no. 5 of 2018-19 pending before the Certificate Officer, Katihar by passing a final order under Section 10 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act,
