In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S.Case No.156 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 201, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was running Rupam Pragati Samaj Samiti for child care. She was directed to hand over the charge along with the records, but even after repeated request, she failed to give the entire charge, as allegation has been made that the certain files have been kept by her. The petitioner has a criminal history.
As the petitioner has remained in jail since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83267 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 16.11.2019, let the petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S.Case No.156 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a close relative. The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
