The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kadwa P.S.Case No. 219 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted the husband of the informant with chhura in his abdomen, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
