The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 356 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.09.2019. It is alleged that one knife was recovered from the possession of the petitioner Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and only one knife was recovered from his possession, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)
