The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bigha P.S.Case No.171 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 505 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that while there was scuffle between the informant and her husband, the same was being watched by the petitioner, which was objected by the informant and it is also alleged that they have assaulted by Tangi to the informant and also his family members causing injuries. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against her and there is case and counter case between he parties and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77681 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 impugned order shows that the injuries are simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigha P.S.Case No.171 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
