JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 467 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 386.280 liters liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recovery is from the joint house and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the recovery of huge quantity from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he should
