JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). For commanding the respondents concerned especially the Vice Chancellor, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna, not to take work from the private Respondent No. 6, Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh, who has already been dismissed on 14-09-

Patna High Court CWJC No.1965 of 2020(3) dt.04-12-2024 2/3 2017 from the post of Programme Co-ordinator by the Director, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Shrambharti, Khadi gram, Jamui.

(B). Also commanding the respondents not to make any payment in favour of Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh in the capacity of Programme Co-ordinator for the reason that the respondent no. 6 has already been dismissed from service by the Director, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Shrambharti, Khadi Gram, Jamui. (C). Also commanding the respondents especially the Vice Chancellor, Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna, the Director General, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Krishi Bhawan, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road and the Respondent no. 5 to inquire into the matter of allowing Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh, Respondent no. 6, who is a terminated employee, to work on the post of Programme Co-ordinator and receive salary, which is out and out misuse of office and also lodge criminal case against the person concerned, who is allowing Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh to discharge the duty of Programme Co-ordinator.

(D). Also for commanding the respondents to recover the salary and other monetary benefit paid to Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh, who has received salary and other monetary benefit, after dismissal, in order to compensate loss of public money." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.1965 of 2020(3) dt.04-12-2024 3/3 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
