JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 147 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners, who are in-laws of the informant, is of cruelty and harassment to informant with respect to demand of dowry.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant and no specific allegation has been attributed to any of the petitioner. Further, they are no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S.
