Shri Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to challenge the notice issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assests and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 by filing an appropriate application before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy of filing appropriate petition before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna challenging the aforesaid notice issued by the Bank.
