1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharia P.S. Case No. 349 / 2025 dated 19.08.2025 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

3. As per the F.I.R. on 19.08.2025 in the morning at about 8:00 A.M. while the informant was making food in her home the petitioner along with other accused persons entered into the house, surrounded her and started abusing. It has further been alleged that the the petitioner assaulted the informant with sword on her head due to which she sustained head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88746 of 2025(2) dt.15-01-2026 2/2 of petitioner Antu Yadav is the full brother of father-in-law of the informant and there is land dispute between the parties. He further submits that the informant has sustained three injuries which are simple in nature as stated in paragraph no. 7 of the bail application.

5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are closely related, there is land dispute between them and injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 349 of 2025 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
