2. The prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected twice and this is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 06.04.2026, a fresh report regarding the present stage of the trial has been submitted by the concerned court below. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case has reached the stage of arguments.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Praveen Kumar, J) Jyoti/- U T
