The petitioner has succeeded in the suit with regard to the land in question in which the State was a party. Now the State has filed a delayed title appeal. It is yet to be admitted. The State has restricted the sale of the land of the petitioner only without any reason.

If the State is a party then it cannot pass any injunction order in its favour, if it wants some injunction to stop the sale of land by the petitioner, it has to get it from the appellate Court. In these circumstances one last chance is given to the Collector, Gaya to decide the issue by speaking order within eight weeks.

Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Collector, Gaya through FAX and E-mail forthwith.
