JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of running brickkiln without proper license and also causing loss of Rs.77,500/- to the State Exchequer.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to deposit the dues to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78640 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 authority concerned within a period of two months and he will be released on provisional bail for a period of two months and once the dues is paid within a period of two months, the learned court below shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner, otherwise he is free to pass any order as he deems fit and proper.
