The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Samastipur P.S.Case No.411 of 2019 (Computer Registration No.1006 of 2019) registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 90 and odd ltr.s of liquor from the semi construction house of the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his semi constructed house. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for one month and ready to co-operate the police in the investigation.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S.Case No.411 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the investigation.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
