The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 556 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the informant has jointly submitted that both the parties have compromised the case and the dispute has amicably been settled.

Considering the above mentioned facts and
