2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103 , 61 ( 2 ) and 111 of BNS and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . As per F.I.R. informant namely, Birbal Singh alleged that on 24.07.2025 at about 09:00 PM, accused persons along with 10 others came at the house of informant and forcibly took away his son and on 25.07.2025 , informant came to know that son of informant had been killed.

4. From perusal of the record, it is apparent that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and during course of investigation , it has come that it was this petitioner who shot dead the Raju Kumar. Petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, materials available on record, gravity of offence and other circumstances of the case, the prayer of petitioner for regular bail is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2025 , learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within the period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
