2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.10.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 9314 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 10.10.2025. It was observed that before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner from all the police stations of the District and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the cases, mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted. He has submitted further that after lapse of more than three months, the verification has not been completed.

4. In the said circumstances, if the verification is not made within a period of one month from today, paragraph no. 8 of the order dated 10.10.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 9314 of 2025 shall be deemed to be deleted.

5. With these observations, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
