The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No.C 350 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
As per the complaint case , petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and for non-fulfillment of Rs.1 lac subjected to cruelty.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no injury report is available on the record and he is in custody for two months and ready to co-operate in disposal of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84195 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 the complaint case.
Heard learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the complainant, who has opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM,Sadar Motihari East Champaran in connection with Complaitn Case No.C 350 of 2018 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial and appear as and when required otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
