JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 The petitioner has put to challenge a notice dated 17.10.2019 issued by Circle Officer, Pratapganj, in the district of Supaul, issued under Section 6(2) of the Bihar Land Encroachment Act, 1956, whereby the petitioner has been asked to remove the encroachment caused by him over a public land. The petitioner has remedy of statutory appeal under the Act, which he appears to have not invoked. Considering the above, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the impugned order.
