The petitioner is accused in connection with Guthni P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018, registered under Sections 394 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Vikky Madhesiya @ Navin Madesiya and thereafter, petitioner was apprehended in the present case. Further submission is that except the confessional statement of co-accused, Vikkey Madhesiya @ Navin Madesiya, no any

Further submission is that petitioner is accused in one another case, in which, he is on bail and in the preset case, petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Guthni P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
