The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sarmera P.S.Case No.72 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, 10 accused persons including the petitioners dragged the son of the informant and shot him dead. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and they are in custody for about nine months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.85081 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera P.S.case No.72 of 2019.

Accordingly, with the above direction, this application is allowed.
