Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of gratuity, provident fund, fixation of pension and earned leave and also the benefit of 7th PRC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Breda submits that petitioner has been substantially paid his post retiral dues.

Considering the fat that petitioner has superannuated on 31.1.2018 and service of the petitioner is pensionable and he is entitled to pension and other post retiral dues, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to calculate the entitlement of all the post retiral dues and ensure payment of balance amount alongwith the calculation chart to the petitioner within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of the writ application and ensure payment of entire post retiral dues within a further period of one month, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to payment of 9 % interest from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.
