JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S.Case No. 390 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation, as per the FIR, is that police, on information, raided the place and found one vehicle as well as a motorcycle there and from the dickey of the vehicle, 162 litres of foreign liquor was recovered and the motorcycle is said to be of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent also. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
