2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2) and 96 of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during course of investigation, the victim has given her statement recorded under Sections 183 and 180 of BNSS wherein she has stated that she fled from her house as she had some disputes with her mother. She went to the house of one Sant Thakur who happens to be the brother of the victim. She has gone to Madhepura alone. She was

She has further stated that she was liking the petitioner and when her mother came to know this fact, she has filed this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during course of investigation, it has come that victim has solemnized marriage with the petitioner and they are also having a kid out of that relationship. He has further submitted that victim has refused to undergo medical examination. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 27.08.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nehra P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Darbhanga.
