JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner in the present case is aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the case of investigation which is pending since 18.01.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case neither investigation has been completed nor any action has been taken against the accused whose anticipatory bail application has been rejected by learned Sessions Judge long back and to his information the accused has not been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. In the given facts and circumstances of the case this writ application is being disposed off with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali (respondent no. 4) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and after supervising the case himself if he finds that the investigation is complete, the police final report be submitted forthwith and in any case it must be done within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Respondent no. 4 shall also take all appropriate steps in accordance with law against the absconding accused, if any. This Writ Application stands disposed off accordingly.
