The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Siwan Town Police Station Case No. 620 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under sections 30(a), 36 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 1.4 liter of wine. It has been submitted that the petitioner is owner of the scooty and he was not caught with wine. One co-accused Raj Kumar, who was arrested at the spot, has surfaced the name of this petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed and he, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six

PC and also subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
