JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Revilganj P. S. Case No. 213 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of IPC. Prosecution case is of assaulting the informant by one Sanjay Singh by lathi and Ajay Singh assaulting the father of the informant and petitioner no.3 by sword and there is also allegation of snatching the golden chain.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that injuries are simple in nature and both the parties are Pattidars. Further submission is that the co-accused who has assaulted by Spade to the informant, has already been granted

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Pramod Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Class, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Revilganj P.
