The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Doriganj P.S.Case no.130 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by iron rod on the head.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have received injuries and up till now no injury report has been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78798 of 2018(3) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VIIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S.Case No.130 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
