Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.64 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. The petitioner never demanded any dowry nor even tortured the complainant. Petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the complainant and her husband. The son of the petitioners denied to have solemnized the marriage with the complainant.

No.79973 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No.64 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
