After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal in order to seek regular bail before the learned court below.
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.5688 of 2019(5) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 Permission is granted.
The instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the appellants to file regular bail application before the learned court below.
However, the appellants are directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks. The learned trial court is directed to consider and dispose of the case of the appellants on the same date in accordance with the merits of the case without being prejudiced by the withdrawal of the present appeal.
