The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018/G.R. No. 416 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. According to the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the informant, who is major, herself admitted that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner out of her own sweet will, which is evident from annexure-2. Therefore, no case under Section 366A is made out against the petitioner, who is rotting in judicial custody
