2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60325 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60325 of 2019, but she could not surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned Court below within the stipulated time as the petitioner was suffering from jaundice and the treating Doctor had advised bed rest. A prayer has been made for modification of the said order by extending the time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the submission of the petitioner, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond by the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84954 of 2019 dt.02-09-2020 2/2 before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60325 of 2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. The modification petition stands allowed.
