In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have molested the informant in the dark night. Looking to the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
