====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 294 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the son of the informant was kidnapped by the accused persons including the petitioners. A statement has been made by the son of the informant before the Magistrate that he was picked up and forcibly marriage was solemnized with the girl. The daughter of the petitioners is residing with the victim as his wife at her in-

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners above-named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S.
