2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonamani Godam P.S. Case No. 38/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 /20 (b)(ii)(c) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 174 kg of ganja of recovered

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.06.2024. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

8. The F.S.L. report shows that the recovered substance is ganja and in keeping in view of the F.S.L. report, the trial judge is directed to expedite the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) tusharika/- U T
