The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bikramganj P.S. Case No.422 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant disclosed that his minor daughter went to school but she did not return. During course of search, the informant came to know that Amar Paswan (petitioner no.1) with the help of petitioner no.2 kidnapped his daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have been implicated only on the basis of suspicion. The victim girl made her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. before learned Judicial Magistrate and she disclosed that nobody kidnapped her. She went to Mundeshwari and remained there till

Considering the fact that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.J.,1st -cum-A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.422 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
