JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No.67 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that accused persons have entered into the house of the informant and assaulted the victim by deadly weapon and also pierced the Gupti on the brother of the informant and also resorted firing by pistol that led to the death of brother of the informant.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79056 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
