2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 318(4) and 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 34(2) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner was illegally running a hospital without having valid licence.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. During investigation, no illegality has been found with respect to treatment of the patient. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
