Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1985© of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint case, there is allegation against the petitioner of trying to outrage the modesty of the complainant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is delay of eight days in lodging of the complaint case. Furthermore there was dispute with respect to irrigation of the land.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri K.K.Deo, J.M. Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No.1985 © of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
