JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and allegation against him is that he killed her and thrown the dead body, which has been found by the Chowkidar and the case has been lodged by the Chowkidar.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been in judicial custody since 24.08.2017 and the independent witnesses, who have been examined, has not supported the case of prosecution.

Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the report of learned Trial Court, from which, it appears that except the informant, all

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -I, Madhepura, in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution will be at liberty move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
