Permission is granted.

Let the same be done during the course of the day. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 555 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 379, 323, 504, 354(A), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having assaulted the informant. As far as the petitioner is concerned, he is stated to have

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the injuries, if any, found on the person of the informant is simple in nature as is apparent from Annexure-2 to the present petition. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.
