====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 115/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The recovery is of 59 kg of ganja from the petitioner's motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.07.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submitted that as per the F.S.L. report, the seized contraband has been confirmed to be ganja.

6. Considering the huge recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
