Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Cas No.532 of 2019 (G.R.No.3358 of 2019) , registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323,354, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, prosecution case is that the petitioner entered inside the house and assaulted him and took away Rs.30,000/- from his pockets. FIR itself shows that there is land dispute between the parties from before.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that there is land dispute between the parties and the allegations are false and concocted . Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.83544 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Casae No.532 of 2019 (G.R.No.3358 of 2019), subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
