2. The instant application has been filed by the petitioner praying for modification of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 71238 of 2025 whereby the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj Madhya Nisedh P.S. Case no. 228 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the aforesaid case by order dated 15.10.2025, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks. For reasons beyond his control, as explained in the petition, the petitioner could not surrender and hence the instant

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, in the opinion of the Court, the petitioner has made out a case for modification of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 71238 of 2025.

5. The order is modified and the time granted therein for the petitioner to surrender is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

6. Remaining part of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 71238 of 2025 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Kishanganj Madhya Nisedh P.S. Case no. 228 of 2025 shall remain unchanged.
