1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 156 of 2025 dated 01.10.2025 registered under Section 126(2), 115(2), 109, 74, 76, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.
3. As per the F.I.R. on 29.09.2025 in the evening at about 6:00 P.M. while the informant was working in her home she heard some noise outside and when she rushed outside she saw that her niece, aged about 22 years, was being misbehaved by the co-accused Rikesh Ravidas and Abhijeet Kumar and they were pulling her away. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88857 of 2025(4) dt.06-05-2026 2/3 etc. assaulted the informant brutally due to which she sustained injury and became unconscious.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the parties are close relatives and due to previous enmity the present case has been lodged. A counter case has also been lodged by the side of the petitioners against the informant and others bearing Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 165 of 2025. The injury sustained by the victim- informant is simple in nature as would be evident from the injury report available in the case diary .
5. Learned counsel for the State referring to the case diary submits that it is correct that injury caused to the informant is simple in nature.
6. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are closely related, case and counter case is there and injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature, accordingly, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each

No.88857 of 2025(4) dt.06-05-2026 3/3 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class cum A.M.-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S.
