JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 Considering the grievance raised in the present application, it would be appropriate to the petitioner to approach the Agricultural Production Commissioner who may be in a position to appropriately decide the issue raised in the matter of allocation of service after bifurcation of the Rajendra Agricultural University/Bihar Agricultural University for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4363 of 2018(3) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 allocation of service of the petitioner.

In the event, petitioner files appropriate application before the Agricultural Production Commissioner within a period of one month from today, the Agricultural Production Commissioner is required to work out the mechanism for deciding the issue of allocation after bifurcation of the University within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
