2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"A. For issuance of an appropriate Writ/s quashing the order dated 21.09.2024 passed by the Collector and District Magistrate, Patna in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3205 of 2026(4) dt.30-06-2026 2/3 Jamabandi Appeal No.22/2021-22 (Annexure-P/9) whereby he has upheld the order dated 27.09.2021 passed by the Additional Collector, Patna in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.44/2018-19.

B. To quash the order dated 27.09.2021 (Annexure-P/8) passed by the Additional Collector, Patna in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.44/2018-19 whereby he has cancelled the Jamabandi of the land purchased by the Petitioners that is Khata No.63,Plot No.352, Area-1 Bigha, 6.5 Kattha, 10 Dhur situated at village-Gopalpur, P.S. Gaurichak, District-Patna.

C. To direct the Anchladhikari, Sampatchak, District-Patna to accept rent online from the Petitioners and after receiving the same issue receipts of the aforesaid land.

D. For passing any other order/s, command/s or appropriate writ/s which your Lordships deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the competent

Patna High Court CWJC No.3205 of 2026(4) dt.30-06-2026 3/3 Civil Court for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Needless to add, the order of the competent Civil Court will prevail upon all the orders passed by the respondents. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
