JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2021 In the order dated 08.01.2021 there is a typographical error with regard to demand draft number dated 06.01.2021 for Rs. 10,00,000/-. In the order the number is written as 00117 whereas it should have been 001171. Let it be corrected accordingly.

Today Mr. Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over another demand draft bearing number 001201 issued by the H.D.F.C. Bank drawn in favour of the informant/O.P. No. 2 for Rs. 5,50,000/-. Let it be handed over to Mr. Shivam, learned counsel representing the O.P. No. 2. He will acknowledge the receipt in the margin portion of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2401 of 2020(9) dt.04-03-2021 2/2 order-sheet. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 has further informed this Court that he has filed an affidavit stating that the earlier demand drafts had been handed over to the O.P. No. 2. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 admits at this stage that now the entire payment in terms of the order dated 29.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc No. 15882 of 2019 has been made available to the O.P. No. 2.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 has no objection to the prayer made in the present application seeking modification of the order dated 29.05.2019.

Since the order has already been complied with after indulgence given by this Court, no further order need be passed save and except to say that the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.05.2019 stands confirmed on the same bail bond.
